Shipping policy
We will use the shipping method best suited to the order size and destination country. If you have a preference for the mode of transportation used for your order, please reach out to us prior to ordering. If you request a change after the order has been placed, we reserve the right to send an additional invoice for any cost differences not accounted for in your original order submission.
In addition, once your order has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the amount of time it takes in transit. We work with estimates provided by the carrier and have no ability to alter those estimates or the final delivery time. If your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us directly and we will work with you to solve the issue.
